Payment Methods

Paying for a WCR program is easy and convenient. We offer several methods that balance your convenience while saving the club fees.

(Paper checks cost WCR nothing, eChecks costs us a small amount, credit card payments cost us the most.)

We accept checks payable to "Westford Community Rowing, Inc."

Checks can be sent to our PO Box:

or placed within the Drop-Box located inside the Oar-Shed at Forge (during the season).

We accept eChecks on iCrew 

Club Home --> Club Store --> Membership Fees.

(We do not accept credit card payments on iCrew.)

You can pay by credit card when you register for a program on RegattaCentral.

You can use a Gift Certificate to pay for any program.

Refund Policy

If you withdraw from a program, prior to the start date, you may receive a refund upon request.

No refunds, full or partial, if requested after the program starts.

Note: Payments made to third party vendors are not refundable (even if requested prior to the start of the program).
