Fall 2025 Crew Schedule

2025 Fall Season

Aug 25th - Oct 30th  2025

Westford Academy Crew team runs a club rowing program for both experienced rowers and new rowers. 8th-12th grade athletes may come from any school and we have athletes from Westford Academy, Littleton High school, Lawrence Academy, Concord Carlisle and Groton Dunstable.

Key Dates

First Day of the Season Varsity Monday August 25 @ Forge Beach 4:00pm

First Day of the Season Novice Tuesday August 26 @ Forge Beach 5:00pm

WA Sports Night Wednesday August 27 @ Westford Academy PAC 6:30pm - Mandatory for ALL athletes (novice & varsity)

Sports Night will begin with an all sports meeting in the PAC, followed by breakout sessions with individual teams. This is a good opportunity for parents and athletes to meet the coaches and ask questions.

**please note: novices may try the sport for a week before committing to the season - please contact Coach Jo (jmcnutt@westfordrowing.org) or additional information regarding the novice program.

Fall 2025 Crew Schedule

Fall Dues:

Rowers: 1000$ (sibling discount available)

Full-time Coxswains: 250$

Registration:

Please register on FamilyID through Westford Academy at: https://www.familyid.com/organizations/westford-public-schools

Athlete Physicals:

All students must have an UP-TO-DATE physical on file prior to ANY participation. Physicals can be emailed or handed to Erin Auger (eauger@westfordk12.us) in the main office. Physicals are valid for 13 months.

Activity Fees:

Activity fees are due by 8/27. Please make checks payable to WA Athletics. Checks can be left in the box on Erin's desk in the main office.

Regattas:

Both Novice and Varsity will attend and compete in the following regattas:

• Paper City Regatta, Saturday September 27, Holyoke MA

• Textile River Regatta, Sunday October 5, Lowell MA

• New Hampshire Championships Regatta , Sunday October 12, Pembroke NH

• (Very Limited Entries - Head of the Charles Regatta, Sunday October 19, Boston MA)

• Head of the Fish, Sunday October 26, Saratoga Springs NY

Forge Beach: 1 Pleasant St, Westford

The Millworks: 22 Town Farm Road, Westford
